A key player in redesigning the Nike+ platform which was named Campaign of the Decade by AdWeek magazine. Chosen as the best interactive design of the year and was featured in the 2010 Communication Arts Interactive Annual for work on the Nike Women’s Training Club. Also featured by Steve Jobs at the 2009 Apple Macworld keynote for designing Nike+ Active. Winner of over 30 industry awards for innovative digital platforms spanning mobile, social and retail.

Responsible for product design and 360 customer experience for key products within the Adobe product suite. Directed the user experience team to conceptualize, design and prototype product features and interaction. Used methods such as persona creation, scenario development, participatory design and cognitive modeling to validate design decisions. Conducted extensive user research and engaged with potential and existing customers translating client business requirements and user needs into functional design specifications. Coordinated with development, marketing, and executive teams around the globe to produce award winning creative software.

Led staff of designers, human factors engineers, and user
researchers. Actively directed and participated in creative team efforts
from concept to delivery in order to produce simultaneous releases of multiple software solutions on a variety of devices and platforms. Conceived and implemented new multimedia-based process to present visionary and strategic approaches for new products to executive, marketing, and development staff.
